Abstract
The article considers the conceptual approaches to revelation of creative activity and stimulation of gifted children. It also represents the experience of vocational guidance of Kemerovo State University and the forms of university vocational cooperation with schools in present-day conditions. The question of gifted students’ estimation and selection criteria is brought up.
