A New Didactic System in an Information-Based Educational Environment

Abstract

The article considers higher education as a process of nonlinear interaction. It identifies the distinctive features of the information-based educational environment and directions for its development into an innovative environment; describes a new didactic system based on information-exchange processes that arose from a new type of human–information interaction; and defines the characteristics of the educational process at a university from the perspective of knowledge management.
