Abstract
Reviewed are rationale and generalized formulation concept of management of innovative components of education quality, as well as its main components (brief description), i.e. conceptual positions, refined with respect to educational concepts and categorical apparatus, structural and functional representation of subsystems, control system components, additional didactic principles of technological organization learning process, technology management, the practical organization of the concept of management of innovation component of quality education.
