Abstract
Researched is the theme of dependence of communicative characteristics of university teachers from peculiarities of their self-relationship. In the article revealed are features of personality of teacher of higher school, influencing on their communicative properties, in particular examined are relationships with features of the self-relationship. Also presented is a number of practical psychological recommendations as to lecturers of university for using of such in practical activity.
