Linguistic Education as an Instrument for University Modernization

Abstract

The authors presented preliminary results of conceptually methodological and scientifically methodical elaboration of a linguistic model, as well as its structural and technological implementation into university educational practices. It has modular structure based on competency approach. Russian language in education is considered to be a creative and symbolic basis for modernization of Russian society.
