Abstract
Analyzed are results of sociological questionnaire of teaching staff of Volgograd high schools as to problems of reproduction of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the named region. The author’s conclusion is that both reproduction and maintenance of scientific and pedagogical personnel ought to be a priority development direction of regional educational police.
