Abstract
This article considers problems connected with the international cooperation influence on the Russian education development and particularly impact of European Commission Tempus programme on Tambov State Technical University. The projects with TSTU participation supported by European Commission are described. The significant results and value of Tempus projects for TSTU are presented.
