Abstract
Examined is the problem of vitalizing of cognitive activity of students in formation process of functional literacy. Determined is meaning of the concept of “vitalizing of cognitive activity of students”, and also described are mechanisms and ways of vitalizing of cognitive activity of school persons in the process of subject education.
