Abstract
The article examines young people’s views on labor and professional realization in modern changing conditions. The features of the formation of labor and professional aspirations in different groups of young people are analyzed. The study involved 1200 students of the 1st–4th year of Bachelor’s degree and the 1st-2nd year of Master’s degree, studying in different higher education institutions of Russia and in different specialties.
