Abstract
Presented is critical analysis of modern state of the system of higher education in Canada. Characterized is Canadian system of education, and also analyzed is interaction between educational system and market relations as to students and graduates of institutions. Conclusion is made about growth of contradictions between requirements of social historical conditions and industry of production of high schools’ graduates.
