Abstract
Discussed is the role of women mothers, as to modern labor relations, and attention is being focused on economic and sociological approaches. The article analyzes real situation of state of Russian woman mother on contemporary labor market. Problems of social politic of state in the sphere of labor relations of women mothers are examining. Directions of improving methods of organization and administration of social policy in the sphere of labor relations of women-mothers are being elaborated.
