Students’ employment during training and perspectives of their employment in employers and lecturers estimations

Abstract

Analyzed is specificity of social and professional adaptation of students in the aspect of combining labor employment with training at university. Opinions and assessments of employers and teachers on students’ adaptation to new socialization processes in labor market, significance of work experience of graduate are given. It’s presence can be a signal to employers, that graduate during the training effectively distributed it between employment and training, and also may adversely affect performance indicators and prospects for effective employment. On the other hand, work on the specialty among those students, who make a decision about employment during training can increase success of educational program, and temporary employment contribute to professional and life choices of students.
