Structural substantive and methodological features of lecturing philosophy for future administrators

Abstract

Described are most important features of lecturing in philosophy course for bachelor students in specialties of “State and municipal management” and “Management of organization”. Substantiated are basic idea and structure of the course, methodology and specific features of lecturing in philosophy as particular form of human culture, synthesizing both scientific and artistic approaches to studying, cognition and development of the reality. The course consists of 4th sections, in which special attention is paid to social philosophical and philosophical legal theories, concerning the problem of ideal state, state administration, individual and collective civil mentality. The methodology of the course includes a philosophical dialogue in the form of discussion, or debate, a philosophical quest, group projects, writing of “philosophical confessions”, and preparation of performances with elements of philosophical analysis on the most pressing political, social and economic issues.
