Abstract
Presented is the author’s periodization of domestic electronic encyclopedias, being determined by him, as offline encyclopedia (the end of the 20th century), network encyclopedia Web 1.0 (the end of 20th — the beginning of the 21st centuries) and online encyclopedia Web 2.0 (the beginning of the 21st century). Systematization of methodological principles of online encyclopedia was also done, concerning, on one hand, subjects, engaged in development, starting and functioning of encyclopedic resource, and on the other hand objects of informational system, as well as principles, relating at the same time to portal and content, i.e. interactivity and integrity.
