Specificity of masters’ education in the context of the problem of improving quality of training management personnel in Russia

Abstract

Presented is the analysis of degree of academic qualification master in the field of personnel management. Noted is increasing interest of both private and public organizations in highly qualified managers, who are able not only to direct activities of the team, but also to show flexibility of mind and initiative. Given is definition of master’s degree is key method of training relevant management personnel by higher education institutions. Requirements for vocational training endure constant changes, that occur in such spheres of life, as economic, social and cultural. Mission of higher education is to train professionals to build knowledge, as well as to produce new ones. Also defined as the most important ways of organization of training of future masters.
