Modern trends of higher education development in Japan

Abstract

The object of the research is to analyze transformation of higher education system of Japan. Main elements and structure of Japan educational system were considered in the article; special attention was paid to advantages and disadvantages of Japan higher education; modern trends of system reformation under strong competition of world educational systems are showed. Internationalization and Globalization are the principal processes of Japan higher education transformation.
