Abstract
Examined features of sociological interpretation of social activity of the youth. Analyzed positive active, positive neutral, negative active and negative passive forms of activity. Researched modern forms of online interaction between young people and institutions, influencing manifestations of forms of social activity, incl. such important form of virtual interaction, as social activity in real time regime. In the article, contradictions and bases that are characteristics of consciousness of the youth by implementation of the choice of concrete forms of activity are elaborated also.
