Abstract
The same channels of socialization have different effects on the formation of personality because of territorial, demographic, gender, ethnic and other differences. A system of education is an important element of the macro environment of students and the institution of socialization. This article addresses two pressing issues: the education system as an important institution for reproduction and cultural development of society and the problem of finding promising models of the educational process needed to build a modern and dynamic qualities of the person.
