Abstract

Presented is concrete sociological analysis of social and socio-political conditions of realization of reforms of state administration apparatus of management and state service. Analyzed are both meaning and content of the idea of so called “new state management” and also shown is the practice of it’s realization with the example of the Komi Republic. Presented is sociological evaluation of the reform of state administration through eyes of state servicemen of the named region. Also given are characteristics of regional features and the existing system of state and municipal management.
