Abstract
Presented is social portrait of graduate of branch of industry higher educational institution. Analyzing are social problems of reproduction of specialists at modern high school of branch industry. Presented is concrete social portrait of graduate of modern branch high school, reflecting the state of formation of professional potential of future engineer. The author actualizes the problem of the “loss” by high branch school of significant part of pupils, which do not plan neither to master a specialty nor to work on it. Also substantiated are basic reasons for replacement of professional motivation of the subject by tactical and statute preferences, that in many respects are cleared from any professionally caused subject labor orientations.
