Abstract
Examined is phenomena of so called digital diplomacy, playing developing role in modern external policy of developed states of the world. This article is about the process of formation and development of digital diplomacy in developed states, in connection with what in detail explored are both theoretical and practical aspect of using digital diplomacy in foreign policy of nation state. Special attention of the author is paid on example of the USA as initiator of the process of development of digital diplomacy in the world.
