Abstract
Concept of self-determination of a human being as an integrity person with his own life cycle in active environment is proposed. Introduced is the meaning of the problem, formulated are goals and objectives in the process of a person’s formation. Principle of integrity of self-determination is disclosed, as well as system technology for complete-triad conversion of a person’s self-determination is also formulated.
