Abstract
The authors state that formation of positive reputation is a priority line of activity of higher school of any kind. The authors also make an attempt to specify the indicators influencing level of higher school reputation, offer model of formation of higher school reputation in a society and describe model of formation of a rector’s reputation in high school.
