Religious education in the context of modern Russian legislation: achievements and problems

Presented is the analysis of laws, bylaws, regulations and conventions of Russian and international law in the field of religious education of the youth. Discussed are principal components of religious education in the context of legislation. Analyzed are normative documents, regulating religious education in the RF. Build is complete picture of religious beliefs and attitudes of modern Russian youth. Also given is characteristic of wholeness and actuality of legal regulation of educational politics in the sphere of religious education of the youth. The author made an attempt to prove necessity of religious education policy for the youth at the state level in the framework of implementing corresponding strategy of development of the RF.
