Abstract

Considered is the role of outstanding musician-teacher R.S. Horovits in history of piano art development. R.S. Horovits developed basic ideas of musical training, creating her own pedagogical method, her special, unique system of learning musical works and mastery of technical skills. The authors formulated 10 basic musical music pedagogical principles in the work of Regina Horovits. The article is written in the form of memoirs of her pupil, honoured worker of culture of the Russian Federation, associate professor of piano sub-faculty of Belgorod State University of Arts and Culture L.F. Semerenko.
