Psychological and pedagogical conditions of self-actualization of teachers and students in the process of communication interaction

Abstract

Substantiated is the complex of conditions, stimulating self-actualization of all subjects of educational process of university. The author considers self-actualization from position of personal-activity approach, that allows to investigate ways for it’s conscious realization as purposeful activity in the process of collaborative communication. Results of the study in the context of this problem made possible to distinguish several components among variety of psychological and pedagogical conditions of self-actualization of subjects of educational process. Simultaneous and systematic implementation of this set of conditions, according to the author, contributes to harmonious development and stimulation of self-actualization of it’s subjects, taking into account individual and personal characteristics and interests of each other.
