Abstract
Researched is the theme of psychological features of self-actualization of personality of staff. In the article, in comparative terms discussed are features of self-actualization of staff with labor experience of one and two years in concrete organization. Presented is the author’s methodic as to studying of features of subjective understanding of mechanisms of psychological protections in frames of drawn up and approved battery of diagnostic of psychological characteristics of self-actualization of personality of staff. On the basis of empirical diagnostic data, offered are recommendations for development of self-actualization of personality of staff.
