Abstract
Discussed is the problem of efficiency and resulting in organizing of interaction between employers and educational institutions of HPE, and elaborated are basic directions for optimizing of process of the named interaction. Some factors, poorly influencing on formation of balance of labour market and demand for graduates, are also analyzed.
