Abstract
Presented is the system of ongoing professional development, created in A.I. Evdokimov’s MSUMD, combining both training program “Lecturer in Higher Education” and short-term thematic final course program. Objectives of successive stages in formation of pedagogical skill are defined as formation and development of concrete pedagogical and general cultural competences.
