Perfection of educational environment in a higher educational institution on the monitoring basis of graduates’ socially important capacities

Some results of monitoring which allow to make a conclusion about the degree of formation of socially important capacities of future specialists that make the core of competences of social interaction and are an information basis for making managerial decisions, focused on improvement of educational environment in a higher educational institution are presented in the article.
