Abstract
Analyzed is the problem of modernization of education foreshortening securing economical rise. Modernization of education, responding to powerful rise in national economy, is not possible without organizing full-fledged pedagogical system at sub-faculties of technical universities. In the article is being researched organization of it’s structure, given is characteristic of it’s performers, as well as substantiated are expediency and legitimacy of awarding degrees in pedagogical sciences by technical universities on the totality of published scientific works.
