Pedagogical concept of training of officer cadres to organization of moral psychological support for military units of strategic rocket forces

Presented is analysis in competence approach in training of officer cadres for organization of moral psychological support for military units. Described is corresponding pedagogical conception, shown are content and main directions of it’s development. Elaborated conceptual regulations, in the author’s opinion, would essentially permit to widen theoretical notions of military pedagogics and pedagogics of military higher school about essence and content of training of officer cadres in organization of moral psychological support, as well as open possibility to deepen scientific pedagogical knowledge thanks to more precise definition and addition into content of conceptual categorical apparatus and introduction into scientific circulation of new notion of “pedagogical coordination of didactic systems”.
