Abstract
The author focuses on the phenomena of self-discipline as systematic characteristic, affecting process of development of individuality. Application of holistic and functional approach helps to find out how system of personal qualities work. Usage of received information is expedient in order to coordinate processes of development and improvement of self-organization in students.
