Organizational and administrative work of a lecturer in the process of students’ training in “case-study” technology by learning of jurisprudence subject-matters

Description of studies in subject “Constitutional law of the RF” in “case-study” technology is presented. Studies are aimed at mastering by students the procedure of taking of Federal laws by means of an example of a concrete situation in the sphere of legislation. Revealed are problems springing up in studies with the use of active methods, as well as versions for their solutions proposed.
