Abstract
The author proves that still remaining traditional forms of organizing educational training are discordant with aims of modern education, especially with higher education. Proven is that mixed-aged students’ cooperation is such form of academic process’s organization, that is complying with the competence paradigm. Possibilities of this form of education are also described.
