Abstract
Discussed is the problem of geometric and graphic literacy among modern specialists in technique and building industry. The authors, based on their own large-scale teaching experience in geometric and graphic disciplines’ complex, analyzed causes behind “disgrace” of the named disciplines, as well as offered ways to rectify the problem.
