Abstract
Examined is the problem of necessity of belief in “double rationality” of people, considerable change in their brain during lifespan, influencing behavior and education. Proved is that appreciable increase of intellect and wisdom of people always was a result of bloody events, danger of that for realization of the idea of stable development.
