Abstract
Analyzed is experience of conducting of youth forums as organizational form, making personality more active, and also evaluated are their results, shown are most significant possibilities, perspective directions of development, determined are ways and means for motivation of students for creative activity, as well as conditions, necessary for successful accumulation by youth of social capital, formation of social purposefulness of personality of future specialist.
