Abstract
Internationalization of modern life is accompanied by internationalization of criminality, i.e. it’s typical regularities, tendencies and forms on various regions and countries,
that dictates necessity not only studying of factors of deviant behavior of the youth, common to all countries, but also critical evaluation of counteraction experience
to asocial occurrences in the named countries. Studying of modern experience of Japan in effective counteraction to asocial and socially dangerous occurrences
in youth environment would be able to define new directions of solving problems connected with getting over and prevention of youth deviations in Russia.
