The theory and methodology of professional abilities formation for a master and a bachelor of the social work

Nowadays the necessity of a skilled professional staff training for social sphere professions is obvious. Because of that, two-level training (master/bachelor) of personnel for social sphere is being actively developed. Patterns of a social work bachelor’s and a social work master’s competence are presented in the article. The offered set of competences — a final goal of training, gradual and uninterrupted formation of components of this set — the principal task of training in an institute of higher education.
