Empathy as a Factor of the Warning of Psychologist and Teacher’s Professional Deformation

Abstract

The article concedes the enhanced understanding the phenomenon «empathy». It describes empathy as the factor of the warning or precondition of the origin (depending on display level) of the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reductions of the personal achievements, which are forming components of specialist’s professional deformation. It also reveals the particularities of empathy abilities of working and future psychologists and teachers: normal (average) level of empathy, expressing in level above an average empathy and emotional channel of empathy, in average level of effective empathy, identification in empathy and rational channel of empathy. It tries to attract higher school teachers’ attention to the necessity of psychological correction of future psychologists and low–level teachers’ installations promoting empathy, as well as intuitive channel of empathy and below average level of penetrating abilities in empathy.
