Abstract
The article shows the distinction between universal laws (in particular, sociological ones) and historical regularities, or patterns. The last ones are presented as proceeding cyclic dynamics of sociopolitical history of Russia. During last years Russia has been in the phase «Stagnation» and now is sliding to the next phase — «Crisis». The essential role in this negative dynamics is played by contours of degradation of the human and social capital. These trends also can be considered as historical patterns limited by time and space.
