Forming Key Competencies Among College Students — Basis of High Education Fundamentalization

Abstract

The article discusses the role of key competencies in fundamentalization of high education. It also substantiates the necessity of application of the developing systematically axiological approach when teaching natural sciences in continuous professional education «college-high school», proposes and specifies principles of the key competencies of technical colleges students, shows the need of personally based technology of developing education.
