Methodical approach to management of scientific research work of students

Presented is analysis of the problem of methodical approach to management of scientific research work of students. Described are conditions for successful cooperation of managers and students in the process of organization of scientific research work. Also described is methodical approach to management of scientific research work of students of high schools, incl. detailed description of content of all phases of teamwork (planning, organization and information systems research process). Formulated is individual plan of scientific research work of students, containing principal sections of the report, the timing of the study. The article also describes approach to organization of consultations and collaboration of manager and student.
