Abstract
The article considered multilevel vocational training of shots in the conditions of educational cluster. Advantages of cluster approach to the vocational training, preparations of experts of various level providing improvement of quality are analysed. Experience of realisation of continuous vocational training of shots for a petrochemical complex is presented.
