Abstract
Axiologic aspects are major components of structure of the person, they carry out functions as behavior regulators, and demonstrates themselves in all areas of human activity, including professional competence. Thus, the valuable sphere of the person is the directing reference point regulating activity of his in society, and as such it define direction and features of person’s behavior. The valuable sphere of the person is principal basis defining value of professional competence both for the person, and the society.
