Abstract
Discussed are problems of supervision in a modern Russian high school under conditions of it’s either total annihilation, or reduction only to functioning as administrator, form-master. Explored are both functional appointment and the role of a supervisor, as well as principles of his work, and also criterias for it’s evaluation.
