Abstract
Examined are methods of communicative training of students on the basis of diagnostics of their personal qualities, skills and level of development. As example, presented is the test, enabling to evaluate levels of communicability of personality. Also shown are types of characters, mostly effective for mastering in concrete specialization of activity.
