Abstract
Analyzed is the problem of formation of skills and experience of independent work of future doctors in the process of their training at higher educational institution of medical profile. The authors substantiate importance of organization of students’ independent work on clinical faculty of high school, and also give answers to actual problems, rising in the course of the named process. Also shown is, what possibilities students’ independent work is possessing, as to development personality of future doctor. Defined are it’s goal and content. Characterized are conditions of it’s successful organization. Also presented is mechanism for managing of the process of students’ independent work at sub-faculty, incl. methods and ways of motivating of students for this type of educational training. Determined are goal aims of students’ independent work, shown are methods of it’s planning as to educational discipline. Also defined are examples of organization of effective control for realization of students’ independent work.
