Reflections on the development strategy of higher education. Conclusion

Presented are the author’s reflections, cast by some articles on philosophic problems of universities’ education, published in Alma mater in the year of 2012. Initial basis of educational policy with regard to higher educational institutions as centres of education, science and culture are examined.
